Good Food & Co. owner, Lance Cowan is a chef who decided to break from gastro-pubs and start his own business making healthy, tasty food with produce sourced in his local Bristol area.

His own struggles against severe gluten allergies have spurred his passion for great tasting food into many gluten-free & dairy-free triumphs. 

Lance has since grown his business to cater for larger events and become one of the most favoured caterers at the best Bristol Food markets.

Initially, Lance was creating a menu for light bites to serve at corporate meetings. Lance and I created these images to help show clients what dishes were on that first menu.
