The Knights Royal

The Knights Royal is a British jousting spectacle that travels from spring to autumn , year after year, performing over 60 shows across the UK.

Fast-paced horseback combat by highly skilled horseman dressed in fantastic mediaeval knight attire is the stuff of dreams and fantasy for every little kid out there.

As a kid with vivid imagination, I was absolutely fascinated by the stories of King Arthur, drawing pictures of horses and sword fights.  In an effort to reignite my imagination and return to this childhood fascination, I set myself the task of portraying these incredible  Knight performers in a vivid and dramatic photograph.
